Who we are
PeopleSight AI is a workforce-intelligence platform operated by Zorvetska Limited (the “controller”). Your employer (the “tenant”) determines what workforce data is processed in the platform; Zorvetska Limited processes it on their behalf.
What data we process
Account data (name, work email, role), workforce/HR records supplied by your organisation, documents you upload, and security logs (authentication events, IP address, and data-access actions). We do not sell personal data.
How we protect it (ISO 27001 / 27017 / 27018)
Data is isolated per tenant, access is role-based, and transmissions are encrypted in transit. Documents are held in hardened cloud storage accessed only through short-lived pre-signed URLs. A tamper-evident audit trail records security-relevant actions.
Analytics & cookies
We use privacy-safe product analytics only after you consent, and only on our production domain. Analytics payloads are stripped of personally identifiable information before leaving our servers. You can decline analytics cookies via the consent banner without losing any functionality.
Your rights
You can export the personal data we hold about you and request erasure of your account directly from Settings → Data & Privacy. Erasure requests immediately deactivate your account; Zorvetska Limited then completes records disposal per its retention schedule.
Data retention
Personal data is retained for as long as your organisation maintains its workspace or as required to meet legal, accounting and security obligations, after which it is disposed of securely.
